Prior to sale this dog has had first shots, has been de-wormed, microchipped,
registered, and has had a complete physical examination by my vet prior to sale.
He/she is in excellent health, and has a good temperament.
Registration papers will be transferred to the Buyer upon their receipt from
American Kennel Club.
This dog is guaranteed to be free from all hereditary defects affecting
it's suitability for breeding and/or showing purposes, and is guaranteed to be free
from disqualifying faults of a structural or temperamental nature. If the dog
develops a disqualifying fault, then it shall be returned to the Breeder, and a
replacement pup of equal or greater value will be given as soon as one becomes
available. General health is guaranteed for two weeks (we can not be held
responsible if the dog becomes ill while under you care).
If this dog is used for breeding, then any guarantees concerning replacement
shall be voided.
